How do I initiate an exchange or return?

We want your [vrsn] sneakers to feel just right. If you need a different size or fit, or if something’s not working out, we’ve made returns and exchanges as smooth as possible.

For Orders Within Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United States

  • Exchanges: Shipping prepaid return label is on us.

  • Returns: Return shipping is free — we’ve got it covered.

For Orders Outside Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United States

  • Exchanges: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, but we’ll cover the cost of shipping your exchange pair.

  • Returns: Return shipping is not included and must be arranged by the customer. To ensure a smooth process, please return your footwear in good-as-new condition and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Log in to your account at https://account.vrsn.co/orders.

  2. Find the order you want to return and click on it.

  3. In the upper right corner, click “Request return.”

  4. In the notes, let us know if you’d like a refund or an exchange. We'd also appreciate it if you could provide more details for the reason for return in the Notes box.

  5. Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and email you a prepaid return label along with instructions.

  6. After receiving the item, we’ll inspect it within 5 business days to confirm it meets our return standards.

  7. If approved, we’ll proceed with your refund or send out your exchange.

    Please note: Items must be in good-as-new condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. If a return doesn’t meet these requirements, we may decline it, and the item will not be sent back to you.
