What is your return policy?

If the [vrsn] sneakers aren’t quite what you expected and you’ve decided to return them, as sad as we may be, we can definitely help you process a return.

You have up to 60 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your [vrsn] shoes. Items must be in good-as-new condition and returned in their original packaging.

For Orders Within Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United States

  • Exchanges: Shipping prepaid return label is on us.

  • Returns: Return shipping is free — we’ve got it covered.

For Orders Outside Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United States

  • Exchanges: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, but we’ll cover the cost of shipping your exchange pair.

  • Returns: Return shipping is not included and must be arranged by the customer.

Once you reach out to us, we’ll send you the address and contact details for returning your items. We’ll also ask for a receipt, photo, and tracking number to ensure your return gets safely to our warehouse.

Once we receive it, we’ll inspect the return within 5 business days to make sure it meets our return requirements. After that, we’ll confirm that your return and refund are being processed.

If the product, however, does not meet the requirements of being in good-as-new condition and in its original packaging, unfortunately, we won’t be able to process the refund, and the product won’t be sent back to you.

Just a heads up: refunds can only be made to the same payment method you used. Please make sure your original payment method is still active, as we can’t process refunds to a different card or account.
