What is your return policy?

If the [vrsn] sneakers aren’t quite what you expected and you’ve decided to return them, as sad as we may be, we can definitely help you process a return.

You have up to 60 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your [vrsn] shoes. Items must be in good-as-new condition and returned in their original packaging.

Please note: Shoe accessories and insoles (including comfort insoles, cork rollers, wash bags, and foot care products) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Log in to your account at https://account.vrsn.co/orders.

  2. Find the order you want to return and click on it.

  3. In the upper right corner, click “Request return.”

  4. In the notes, let us know if you’d like a refund or an exchange. We'd also appreciate it if you could provide more details on the reason for the return in the Notes box.

  5. Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and email you a prepaid return label along with instructions.

  6. After receiving the item, we’ll inspect it within 5 business days to confirm it meets our return standards.

  7. If approved, we’ll proceed with your refund or send out your exchange.

    Please note: Items must be in good-as-new condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. If a return doesn’t meet these requirements, we may decline it, and the item will not be sent back to you.

Just a heads up: refunds can only be made to the same payment method you used. Please make sure your original payment method is still active, as we can’t process refunds to a different card or account.
