We know international shipping can get a little tricky, so we want to keep things as clear as possible about where your money is going!
As you look through our products, you’ll see a price without tax. This is the base price for the sneakers. However, as you may not be based in Hong Kong like we are, shipping the shoes to you may incur charges from your government. In this case, we collect sales tax based on your shipping location to meet the requirements of the different countries.
For the European and Asian countries, we’re required to collect and pay sales tax when your parcel enters the country. However, this doesn’t cover duties and tariffs. Normally, these shouldn’t apply to our parcels since their value is typically below the duty threshold, but we recommend checking with your local customs authorities for more information.
For the US, duties and tariffs are collected at checkout, so it's unlikely you'll be charged any additional fees by customs upon delivery—unless there are changes to import regulations. That said, customs policies can shift from time to time. If you want to be sure, we recommend checking with your local customs authority for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
If the tax-included price on the product page is different from what you see at checkout, it’s because the sales tax is calculated as a percentage of your total order. The price on the product page is an estimate based on your location, and it may change slightly at checkout as your government calculates the tax on your full order total, including shipping.
