Yes, there’s a possibility you might need to pay additional fees such customs duties depending on your shipping location. The tax-included price refers to only sales tax, but it doesn’t cover duties or tariffs. Luckily, most countries we ship to don’t charge these fees since we’re under the duty threshold!
For our US customers: No taxes are collected at checkout, but customs might contact you directly once the parcel reaches the country. Since customs policies are always changing (especially for shipments from China and Hong Kong SAR), we recommend checking in with your local customs authority to see what duties or tariffs could apply when your package crosses the border.
For Swiss, Norwegian, and Korean customers: We won’t charge you tax at checkout, but you might be contacted directly by your customs authorities about import duties and tariffs as it enters your country.
For customers in European and Asian countries: We’ll handle the sales tax at checkout to make things easier when your parcel arrives. However, keep in mind that customs policies can change at any time. While we’re still under the duty threshold for now, we can’t guarantee that won’t change by the time your package is shipped.
