We know international shipping can get a little tricky, so we want to keep things as clear as possible about where your money is going!
As you look through our products, you’ll see a price without tax. This is the base price for the footwear. However, as you may not be based in Hong Kong like we are, shipping the footwear to you may incur charges from your government. In this case, we collect sales tax based on your shipping location to meet the requirements of the different countries.
For the European and Asian countries, we’re required to collect and pay sales tax when your parcel enters the country. However, this doesn’t cover duties and tariffs. Normally, these shouldn’t apply to our parcels since their value is typically below the duty threshold, but we recommend checking with your local customs authorities for more information.
For the US, we will be sending your parcel DAP. This means no tax is collected at checkout, but you will be likely to be charged additional fees when your package enters the country. These fees could include sales tax, duties, or tariffs. The current policies are constantly changing and with Hong Kong parcels also being categorised as imports from China, we recommend you to double check on the potential tax liabilities before your purchase. If you’re unsure about the charges, we advise you to contact your local customs authority for more information.
