Yes, there’s a possibility you might need to pay additional fees such customs duties depending on your shipping location. The tax-included price refers only to sales tax, but it doesn’t cover duties or tariffs. Luckily, most countries we ship to don’t charge these fees since we’re under the duty threshold!
For our US customers: Duties and tariffs are collected at checkout, so it's unlikely you'll be charged any additional fees by customs upon delivery, unless there are changes to import regulations. Customs policies can shift from time to time, so if you want to be sure, we recommend checking with your local customs authority for the most up-to-date information.
For Swiss, Norwegian, and Korean customers: We won’t charge you tax at checkout, but you might be contacted directly by your customs authorities about import duties and tariffs as it enters your country.
For customers in European and Asian countries: We’ll handle the sales tax at checkout to make things easier when your parcel arrives. However, keep in mind that customs policies can change at any time. While we’re still under the duty threshold for now, we can’t guarantee that won’t change by the time your package is shipped.
