For Orders Outside Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United States
- Exchanges: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, but we’ll cover the cost of shipping your exchange pair.
- Returns: Return shipping is not included and must be arranged by the customer. To ensure a smooth process, please return your footwear in good-as-new condition and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

- Once we receive your request, we’ll provide the return address and contact details.
- We’ll also ask for a receipt, photo, and tracking number to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
- After receiving the item, we’ll inspect it within 5 business days to confirm it meets our return standards.
- If approved, we’ll proceed with your refund or send out your exchange.
- Items that are not in good-as-new condition or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.
