We understand how frustrating it can be when tracking shows your package as failed delivery and is heading back, especially when you haven’t done anything to reject it. Don’t worry. We’re here to work with you to hopefully get it redelivered!
First things first- email us at hello@vrsn.co as soon as you can, and we’ll get in touch with our logistics team to sort things out before the parcel makes its way back to us.
From experience, we’ve been able to schedule redeliveries so you’re home to receive it, or even have it sent to an alternative address if that works better for you. But this is only possible if we catch these issues early!
However, in the event that this was due to the recipient’s refusal to receive the package, we reserve the right to charge for any admin or logistics costs that were originally due. These will be deducted from your refund.
