We totally get how frustrating it is when tracking says your package is delivered, but you still haven’t received it. Don’t worry, we’ll team up to track it down! Just follow these steps to help us get to the bottom of it:

Double-check your shipping address: Make sure the address you gave at checkout is correct. You can verify this by checking your order confirmation email or by logging into your account and heading to the Orders tab.
- Check with your neighbors. Sometimes a neighbor may have received the package on your behalf. We suggest checking with them, as it’s possible the package was mistakenly delivered to their address!
- Give it 3 business days. In some cases, tracking information gets updated before the package is actually delivered. We recommend waiting 3 business days from the reported delivery date to see if it turns up.
- Contact your local post office.If you still haven’t received your package after the wait, reach out to your local postal service or carrier to get more info about the delivery.
