If the [vrsn] sneakers aren’t quite what you expected and you’ve decided to return them, as sad as we may be, we can definitely help you process a return given that they are in good-as-new condition and in its original packaging.
Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for all costs and charges incurred for shipping the product back to our warehouse. If the courier charges any fees or additional costs at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to deduct those from your refund.

Once you reach out to us, we’ll send you the address and contact details for returning your items. We’ll also ask for a receipt, photo, and tracking number to ensure your return gets safely to our warehouse.
Once we receive it, we’ll inspect the return within 5 business days to make sure it meets our return requirements. After that, we’ll confirm that your return and refund are being processed.
If the product, however, does not meet the requirements of being in good-as-new condition and in its original packaging, unfortunately, we won’t be able to process the refund, and the product won’t be sent back to you.
Just a heads up: refunds can only be made to the same payment method you used. Please make sure your original payment method is still active, as we can’t process refunds to a different card or account.
