The Relief Clog fits true to size, with a wide, natural toe box. Each size covers the half size too, so a 7½ takes the 7, with no need to size up. If you're unsure, go with your Birkenstock size.

Fit
Wide feet: there's one width, and the toe box is built wide and roomy.
Adjustable strap: the padded strap holds the clog to your midfoot, and loosens in a second if your feet swell through the day.
Insoles: every pair comes with the Relief Insole. If you need more support, the Orthopedic Insole swaps in. Your own orthotics won't fit, because the clog's insole is made for its footbed.
Caring for Your Clogs
Wipe them down, that's all they need. Unlike our sneakers, the clogs aren't machine washable: the footbed and midsole are bonded in layers, and a wash cycle or a long soak breaks them down.
A damp cloth with a little mild soap lifts most marks off the Flyknit.
Take the insole out and wipe it separately.
They're fine to get wet, just don't submerge them. Let them air dry away from direct heat or a radiator.
