Do your shoes work for flat feet or high arches?

Updated this week

Yes. They are designed to work with both, intentionally.

Flat feet and high arches are different expressions of the same problem. Uneven load distribution.

For high arches, pressure tends to concentrate in a few areas, usually the heel and forefoot. Our slightly firmer, elevated arch support helps redistribute that load across more of the foot. This reduces localized stress and muscle fatigue while improving overall balance.

For flat feet, the goal is controlled support, not forced correction. The arch support helps guide your foot closer to its natural structure without locking it into position. There may be a short adjustment period as your foot adapts, usually a few days. That is normal and expected.

Once adapted, the benefit is reduced overpronation, lower strain on bones and soft tissue, and less fatigue over long days.
